Product Manager

About the Role

This is a high-impact Product Manager role at a fast-growing, early-stage agentic data platform startup in the B2B AI/data engineering space. You'll work directly with founders to shape strategy, define the roadmap, and launch next-generation native GenAI capabilities that help data teams automate and accelerate their workflows at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap by identifying key use cases through close collaboration with customers and users.

• Partner with UX designers to translate product vision into intuitive, native GenAI interfaces.

• Collaborate with engineering to build and ship groundbreaking functionality that exceeds customer expectations.

• Represent user needs by engaging with a broad base of enterprise customers and acting as the voice of the user internally.

• Work with sales and support to drive pre- and post-sales success for key enterprise accounts.

• Partner with marketing on messaging, positioning, pricing, and lead-generation strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of product management experience, ideally at a Seed, Series A, or Series B startup.

• Demonstrated experience building and launching products from 0 to 1, particularly for technical users such as data engineers.

• Deep familiarity with the modern data stack, including ELT, data warehousing, orchestration, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, or similar technologies.

• Experience building native GenAI products, not just AI features layered onto existing products.

• Strong understanding of AI technology, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation.

• Strong computer science fundamentals; a technical degree in CS, math, or a related field is a plus.

• Actively uses AI coding and productivity tools (such as modern AI-assisted development environments) in day-to-day work.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with limited top-down structure.

• Located in or willing to commute to the Bay Area for a hybrid work schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $150,000 to $250,000 per year

• Visa sponsorship is available.
