Product Manager

Salary: Up to €78,000

Location: Utrecht - Flexible hybrid working.

I'm hiring a hands-on Product Manager who has run a high volume of product experiments, is highly data-driven, can take an experiment from identifying an opportunity in the data through to delivery and measuring the result, and is an excellent communicator.

You'll be involved in:

• Owning product initiatives from discovery through to delivery and measurement

• Using data, research and customer insight to identify opportunities and friction

• Designing and running experiments, then using the results to guide decisions

• Working closely with Engineering, Design, BI, Growth and Commercial teams

• Leading a cross-functional squad and taking ownership of agreed OKRs

• Connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes such as conversion, engagement, retention and revenue

We're looking for:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience

• Experience owning products or initiatives independently

• Strong data literacy and experience using experimentation to make decisions

• A good understanding of product metrics, funnels and commercial outcomes

• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders

• Someone who can clearly articulate their thinking and confidently challenge assumptions

• Marketplace, B2B, B2C, consumer or growth-product experience is highly relevant

We offer HSM VISA support for this role but you must be based in the NL already to qualify.
