Product Manager, Enterprise Finance — Fintech (Series C)

Location: South Park, San Francisco, CA (onsite, 5 days/week)

Compensation: $160K–$225K base + competitive equity (flexibility to go higher for exceptional 5-7+ yr fintech/enterprise finance PMs)

A fast-growing fintech building the future of business banking, founded in 2021. One of the fastest growing fintechs in the world, processing over $10B a year in business purchasing and generating $300M+ in annual revenue with a lean ~65 person team. Recently closed a $100M Series C led by Ribbit Capital, with participation from Khosla Ventures, Goodwater Capital, NEA and Y Combinator. Total funding to date is $160M.

The company combines traditional banking reliability with industry specific features for verticals like ticket brokers, performance marketing agencies and wholesalers. It's now pushing into two new frontiers: AI (an agent that lets businesses manage finances through Slack, iMessage and email) and global banking via stablecoins.

The Role

Hiring a founding Product Manager to build and scale the Enterprise Finance product suite from the ground up, making the platform ready for large organizations with thousands of employees. This is a 0-to-1 role: owning accounting integrations, AR, AP and expense management, unlocking enterprise-grade customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the end-to-end roadmap for Enterprise Finance, ramping up accounting integrations (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Xero) so enterprise controllers can evaluate and adopt the platform
Work directly with customers and enterprise sales to gather feedback, prioritize features and unblock high-value deals
Collaborate daily with engineers to ship product iterations at startup speed, setting priorities for the team to build against
Design intuitive UX for complex finance workflows (50/50 product and design ownership), using AI prototyping tools like Cursor and Replit
Translate insights from enterprise prospects, conferences and industry research into a clear product strategy

What They're Looking For

5-9 years of product management experience, ideally at a fintech or company building accounting/finance products (Bill.com, Ramp, Mercury, Coinbase, etc.)
Hands-on experience building or working closely with accounting, AP/AR or ERP integration products, not just adjacent exposure
Strong design sensibility, able to evaluate and drive intuitive UI/UX for complex finance workflows
Comfortable "vibe coding" and using AI prototyping tools (Cursor, Replit, Claude Code) plus Figma, Linear and Notion
High agency, 0-to-1 mindset, thrives in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment with long hours and full ownership
Strong undergraduate background preferred; founding experience or a side hustle history is a plus
Comfortable supporting enterprise sales cycles or managing enterprise customers directly
