Why This Role Matters
Lead the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle growth of power and thermal management products for North American industrial markets. This role combines technical expertise in power electronics and thermal systems with market research, customer engagement, cross-functional leadership, and go-to-market execution.
How You'll Contribute
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle planning, and commercial performance for power and thermal management solutions.
- Gather customer and market insights to identify unmet needs, customer problems, growth opportunities, and product requirements.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales, applications engineering, channel partners, and global teams.
- Serve as the internal and external product champion, communicating product value, capabilities, and market positioning to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, executive leadership, sales, and global product teams to align product development and business priorities.
- Develop business cases, pricing recommendations, revenue targets, market analyses, and data-driven product investment recommendations.
- Support product adoption and market growth across industrial segments including automation, HVACR, food and beverage, logistics, and related markets.
- Represent the company at trade events, industry associations, customer meetings, and partnership opportunities to influence market direction and identify opportunities.
- Manage multiple product and market initiatives while maintaining clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and execution focus.
- Travel domestically and internationally to meet customers, support market development, and collaborate with global teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of product management experience supporting power electronics and/or thermal management solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of power electronics, including AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC converters, drives, and chargers.
- Working knowledge of thermal management technologies such as EC fans, liquid cooling, pumps, and solenoids.
- Experience conducting market research, analyzing market and business data, and developing business cases.
- Commercial judgment and experience contributing to product strategy, pricing, roadmaps, revenue targets, and go-to-market plans.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with industrial markets such as appliance, food and beverage, material handling, off-road, CNC, energy, packaging, or oil and gas.
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, project management, and self-direction skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 20–30% domestically and internationally.
- Authorization to work in the United States; the role is limited to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
