Product Operations Specialist

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Product Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of multiple FinTech products and business operations in a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities: ​ Handle daily business and technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues for clients and internal users across CRM, Ticketing, Mobile App, Trading Tools, and Platforms. Support Product Managers and Business Analysts in ensuring successful new product or feature releases. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Web/Mobile Development, Brokerage, and Marketing) to define product requirements and facilitate smooth operations. Formulate and update internal procedures to enhance operational efficiency for client-facing and internal products. Analyze user data and feedback to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements and optimizations. Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to familiarize them with platform features and updates. Provide technical support to product users to ensure a seamless user experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in a similar role Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English (speaking and writing), additional language will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of CRM software and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana can be considered an advantage. Resumes must be submitted in English.
