We are seeking a Product Testing Engineer responsible for executing development projects to create functional prototypes of ATV/SxS vehicles, researching new technologies, and maintaining global vehicle quality.

Develop component and system layouts for prototypes, ensuring they meet concept, functional, and manufacturing requirements, and communicate specifications through drawings and test summaries.
Set performance targets, validate specifications via simulations and physical testing, and document development processes accurately.
Manage work schedules, coordinate resources, and communicate project progress in real-time, supporting the development of new technological ideas and problem-solving for market quality issues.
Support root cause investigations and implement countermeasures.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in data acquisition, vehicle maintenance, or riding Power Sports products is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Understanding of development cycles, FTA, FMEA, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication, time management, and leadership abilities, with high confidentiality and professionalism.

Working Conditions

Travel up to 10%, including possible overseas trips.
Primarily desk work, with some lab or test vehicle activity involving physical effort (pushing/lifting).
Adherence to safety policies in a typical office and shop environment; overtime may be required.
