Castinggg is a contemporary fabrication studio based in Athens, specializing in large-scale resin casting into custom molds for bespoke structures. We work with international clients producing one-of-a-kind works for art, museums, and bespoke applications.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations in our fabrication facility. This is a leadership role responsible for managing the production team, workflow, studio efficiency, and client communications and relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise floor staff and production schedules for multiple concurrent projects using special production software.

· Oversee acrylic resin casting, demolding, finishing, and assembly

· Maintain quality standards across prototypes, editions, and commissioned works

· Develop and implement efficient workflows, safety protocols, and material handling systems

· Collaborate with design and technical teams to translate design intent into producible solutions

· Coordinate purchasing of materials, inventory, and tool maintenance

· Maintain production and overal studio budget in coordination with accounting team

· Train and mentor production team members

Qualifications

· 5+ years of manager experience in fabrication and production (mold-based work experience is a plus)

· Proven experience in floor/shop supervision or production management

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Experience reading technical drawings/CAD files

· Ability to work hands-on and lead by example in a high-quality, small-batch environment

· English required (Greek not necessary); other languages welcome

· EU work permit or eligibility preferred (relocation support available)
