We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of key priority student success and progression initiatives through EdPlus. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by playing a critical role in coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams to ensure timely, efficient, and effective project delivery.

You will work closely with project leads to monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure clear communication across teams. You will be a strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and relationship-builder who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate and support project activities to ensure alignment with timelines, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Assist in scheduling and facilitating project meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project tracking systems.

  • Support project leads in overseeing task progress and ensuring project timelines remain current.

  • Identify potential obstacles and assist in resolving issues to keep projects moving forward.

  • Provide regular status updates and reports to team members, leadership, and stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and project dashboards using relevant project management tools.

  • Foster and maintain effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

  • Support efforts to manage project scope and expectations throughout the project lifecycle

  • Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

NOTE: This is an in-person hybrid position. You must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, Arizona.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

  • Evidence of a basic understanding of project management principles and how they apply to projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and stay focused when priorities shift.

  • Evidence of familiarity with project management tools and software.

  • Experience helping to coordinate technology or IT-related projects.

  • Evidence of exposure to Agile ways of working, including Scrum.

  • Experience using Jira is a plus.


Salary & Benefits:

$55,000 - $57,000 per year; DOE

ASU EdPlus supports flexible work options, ranging from alternate work schedules to hybrid remote work schedules, subject to approvals per ASU policy. (This is an in-person hybrid position.)
