Project Manager - Villas & Residential Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of villa and residential projects from planning through construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Manage residential projects from design coordination and pre-construction through execution, handover and close-out.
Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor programme, budget, quality, resources and project deliverables.
Oversee site progress and ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and agreed timelines.
Manage client communication, project meetings, reporting and resolution of site/technical issues.
Proven experience delivering villa, luxury residential and/or residential development projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, finishes and residential project delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
