Senior Project Manager – Data Center / Mission Critical (Owner's Representative)

Location: Tulsa, OK (Full Relocation Package Supported)

Compensation: Up to $160,000 Base Salary + 10% Performance Bonus + Full Executive Benefits

About the Opportunity:

HeatherDaniel International (HDi) has been retained by a leading global construction consultancy to secure an elite Senior Project Manager to act as an Owner’s Representative on a large-scale, mega-program Data Center development in Tulsa, OK.

This position requires a battle-tested capital project leader with direct experience managing mission-critical builds, high-density infrastructure, and complex industrial/facility developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead Owner's Representative, driving total project delivery across civil, structural, MEP, power, and commissioning phases.
• Oversee General Contractors, trade partners, and engineering advisory teams to ensure strict schedule adherence and operational readiness.
• Lead project governance, change order management, procurement alignment, cash flow forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Manage multi-stakeholder communications, aligning capital authorization with client performance milestones.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Mission Critical Core: Minimum 8+ years of Project Management / Owner's Rep experience within Data Centers, Oil & Gas, Energy/Power, Nuclear, Defense, Heavy Industrial, or Complex Healthcare/Hospitals.
• Data Center Exposure: Greenfield hyperscale, co-location, or high-density compute facility experience is highly desirable.
• Commercial Leadership: Proven expertise managing large-scale capital programs ($100M+).
• Location & Relocation: Must be based in or willing to relocate permanently to Tulsa, OK (Comprehensive relocation package provided). Note: This is a permanent, site-based role. Travelers/Per Diem are not supported.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Up to $160,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Annual Performance Bonus: 10% target.
