Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A rapidly growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its leadership team.

The company delivers a diverse portfolio of ground-up commercial projects including retail developments, convenience stores, travel centers, quick-service restaurants, car washes, and other commercial facilities.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
• Own project budgets, forecasting, contracts, change management, and schedules
• Lead client communication and maintain strong owner relationships
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Drive project profitability while protecting margins and managing risk
• Partner closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and support staff

What We're Looking For

• 5–12+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience independently managing ground-up commercial projects
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
• Experience with retail, convenience store, restaurant, fuel station, or light commercial projects is highly desirable
• Proven ability to bring projects across the finish line
