Project Manager – Construction Management – Manching (Germany)| Airbus Projects Do you want to work for the best company in aerospace, defense, and transportation, in a technological and enriching sector? 🚀 Enviar solicitud Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group), a leading company in safety-critical solutions for the aerospace, defence and transport sectors, is looking for a Project Manager – Construction Management (d/m/f) to join our on-site team in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus. 📍 Location: Manching, Germany Why join us? 💰 Competitive salary : 57,000 – 65,000 € 🏠 Support in finding accommodation and German language training . 📄 Full relocation assistance, administrative support 📦 The company covers your German tax return for the first year . 📌 Permanent German contract + long‑term projects ⚙️ Team-building activities and regular technical follow‑ups 🌍 Multicultural, inclusive, and innovative environment What you will do Manage construction and refurbishment projects from requirements definition through completion and handover to users Coordinate all project stakeholders, including authorities, users, internal departments, external planners, project managers and construction companies Assess user requirements, align them with the company’s strategic objectives and define clear project goals Independently plan, implement and financially control construction projects Prepare cost estimates, schedules, decision documents and project status reports Ensure compliance with quality standards, legal requirements and occupational health and safety regulations Prepare and technically negotiate contracts, monitor purchase orders and follow up on contract execution Assume cross-trade responsibility for new construction and conversion projects Collaborate with multifunctional and international teams, including purchasing and production departments What we’re looking for: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. Relevant professional experience in construction project management, building construction, refurbishment or industrial facilities. Knowledge of contract management, procurement processes and contractor coordination B2/C1 English Level – mandatory. B1/B2 German Level – desirable.
