Your mission
- Bridge current operations with future standardized processes and drive efficiency improvements.
- Translate business needs into clear project roadmaps with defined priorities.
- Lead transformation and harmonization initiatives (incl. SAP) across multiple functions.
- Deliver impactful improvement projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, governance, risks and stakeholders.
- Support data‑driven decisions through KPIs, dashboards and performance tracking.
- Master’s/Diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Engineering or similar.
- English B2+ - mandatory
- German C1 - mandatory
- Availability to work on‑site in Germany.
