You'll Be Responsible For:

• Managing commercial, state, and federal projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, RFIs, and change orders
• Leading 1–3 projects simultaneously
• Traveling throughout NYS and the Northeast to support project success
• Partnering with leadership on bidding and preconstruction efforts

We're Looking For:

• Project Managers with commercial construction experience | Will consider strong APM's
• Construction Management/Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong communication, budgeting, and organizational skills
• Self-starters who thrive in an environment with autonomy and accountability
