Monitor costs, risks, opportunities, claims, and project performance. Manage customer requests, issues, and contractual deviations through established tracking processes. Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and follow up on improvement actions. Coordinate and support complex helicopter upgrade activities with cross-functional teams. Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals and customer offers. What we’re looking for: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field . Experience in program management, contract management, or project support, preferably in aerospace or defense. Knowledge of cost controlling, risk management, and performance reporting. Experience working with customers, contracts, and claims management processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex technical environment. B2/C1 English Level – mandatory. B1/B2 German Level – desirable.
