Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Property Consultant to join our growing Secondary Market team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and facilitating the sale and purchase of residential properties across Dubai's most sought-after communities.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, possess strong negotiation skills, and are motivated by achieving exceptional results in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and database management.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of property listings within assigned communities.
• Conduct property valuations and provide market insights to homeowners and investors.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and industry partners.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Off-Plan division to maximise opportunities and provide clients with a comprehensive property solution.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of Dubai's residential communities and market trends is advantageous.
• RERA certification is preferred but not essential.
