About the Role

As a Property Consultant, you will work with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords across some of Dubai's most sought-after communities. You will guide clients through every stage of the property journey while building your own portfolio, network, and long-term career within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to successful property transactions.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
• Negotiate offers and oversee contracts for sales and purchases.
• Manage leads and client communication through the company CRM system.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting.
• Market properties across leading online portals and digital platforms.
• Stay informed on Dubai's property market, regulations, and industry developments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that generates repeat and referral business.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year of experience in real estate, recruitment, automotive, luxury retail, financial services, or another consultative sales environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
• Professional presentation and strong client-facing abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
• Existing client network is advantageous but not essential.
• Valid driving licence.
