We are looking for a skilled Mobile Refurbishment Technician who is passionate about restoring pre-owned smartphones to excellent cosmetic and functional condition while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Job Summary

The Mobile Refurbishment Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, refurbishing, testing, and grading pre-owned smartphones. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in smartphone refurbishment, particularly iPhones and Android devices, with the ability to restore devices to near-new condition through quality repairs and cosmetic refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot smartphones for hardware and functional defects.
• Perform refurbishment and repair of smartphones to restore full functionality.
• Replace faulty components including displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, back glass, and other hardware parts.
• Perform cosmetic refurbishment to improve the appearance of devices, ensuring they meet Badili's quality standards.
• Conduct smartphone grading based on cosmetic and functional condition.
• Carry out comprehensive quality checks and functional testing before device approval.
• Identify and source the correct replacement parts required for repairs.
• Repair or replace defective components while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, testing results, and refurbishment activities.
• Provide repair assessments and estimate materials required for refurbishment.
• Ensure all devices meet company quality standards before packaging and dispatch.
• Maintain repair tools, equipment, and workstations in good working condition.
• Stay updated on new smartphone models, repair techniques, and refurbishment processes.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines during refurbishment activities.
• Support team members and contribute to achieving daily refurbishment targets.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Mobile Phone Repair, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in smartphone refurbishment or repair.
• Experience working in a refurbishment company, mobile repair workshop, or authorized service center.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

35,000 – 40,000 INR/month (based on experience)

Fully covered accommodation (<15 mins walking from office)

Meals & laundry

Mobile calling + internet allowance

One annual round trip to India

Company-sponsored 2-year visa (all costs covered)
