Build lasting client relationships and work across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary property markets with an established brokerage led by professionals with more than 20 years of combined real estate experience.

📍 Business Bay, Dubai | Full-time | On-site

Your role

• Generate and qualify leads to build your sales pipeline

• Help clients find properties that match their goals

• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers and manage transactions

• Keep CRM records accurate and maintain consistent client follow-up

What you’ll bring

• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of Dubai’s communities and property projects

• A professional, ethical approach and the drive to achieve results

• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

• Dubai real estate experience and RERA knowledge preferred

• UAE driving licence preferred
