Role Responsibilities
- Manage daily client communications and property viewings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Spanish-speaking clients
- Handle the complete sales process from initial inquiry to closing
- Provide professional property advice based on clients’ requirements
- Present Off-Plan and Secondary Market opportunities
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, new launches, and developer projects
- Conduct consistent follow-ups and convert leads into successful transactions
- Negotiate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM
Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish speaker – REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience – REQUIRED
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE real estate market
- UAE Driving License and own car is an advantage
