What You'll Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day technical support and enhancements for the Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system
• Develop and maintain P21 business rules and customizations using DynaChange
• Develop and maintain solutions using C#
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities to improve system functionality
• Work directly with sales, operations, and other business users to understand needs and deliver solutions
• Help evaluate and prepare the organization for a future P21 cloud migration

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
• Strong experience writing P21 business rules
• Experience with DynaChange
• Strong C# development skills
• Experience supporting and enhancing ERP applications in a business environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users
