QA/QC lead - Residential Handover

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to oversee quality assurance activities across multiple projects within a designated geographic area. The role will act as a key point of coordination between QA teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the construction and development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between QA Engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of quality-related issues.
• Supervise QA inspections conducted on-site and ensure thorough coverage of all required areas.
• Ensure inspection findings and descriptions are properly documented.
• Monitor completion of requested inspections within stipulated SLA timelines.
• Identify key challenges and roadblocks in the quality management process and escalate significant issues to management.
• Plan and manage QA resources to ensure inspections and quality activities are adequately staffed and equipped.
• Provide regular updates on quality performance, upcoming inspections, and audits.
• Support consistent application of quality standards across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 -7 years of experience in QA/QC, inspection, or property handover within the UAE residential sector.
• Strong understanding of construction finishing, MEP integration, and handover workflows.
• Experience with snagging and project tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of UAE building codes and quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and team supervision skills.
