  • Act as the link between customer expectations and internal alignment.
  • Provide clear reporting and documentation to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven background in semiconductor, automotive, medical or electronics manufacturing is required.
  • Direct experience with the electronics aspects of complex products is a hard requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, CAPA, ISO/QMS, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Proven experience with handling customer complaints
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Independent, pragmatic, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Valid EU work authorization (visa support possible for non-EU candidates).

We Offer

  • 1-2 year contract (40 hours/week) with the possibility of permanent employment.
  • Monthly gross salary: 4.500,00 - 6.600,00 (based on experience and education).
  • 33 paid vacation days.
  • Holiday allowance of 8.33%, paid annually in May.
  • Travel reimbursement: €0.23/km.
  • Relocation support:
  • First housing arranged and upfront payment of rent/deposit if needed
  • €1,500 - €3,000 net relocation bonus
  • Pick-up on arrival and onboarding support (bank, BSN, insurance, etc.)
