Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead the company’s quality assurance and quality control function across manufacturing and project operations. This is a senior role above the QC Supervisor and QC Inspector levels, with accountability for the quality-management system, inspection governance, compliance, audit readiness, team leadership and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will ensure that products, processes and records consistently meet approved specifications, ISO requirements and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement and continuously improve the company’s quality assurance and quality control strategy, policies, procedures and objectives.

· Lead and develop the QA/QC team, including supervisors and inspectors, and allocate inspection priorities across manufacturing and project activities.

· Establish and maintain Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), acceptance criteria, inspection methods and quality-control checkpoints.

· Oversee incoming, in-process and final inspections and testing to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, contractual requirements and approved standards.

· Own the non-conformance, root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes, ensuring timely closure and prevention of recurrence.

· Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and internal governance requirements.

· Plan and lead internal audits; coordinate customer, certification and external audits; and ensure effective closure of all findings.

· Partner with engineering, production, procurement, warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality issues and improve product and process reliability.

· Evaluate supplier quality performance, support supplier qualification and audits, and drive corrective action where required.

· Ensure effective control of calibration, measuring and test equipment, product traceability, quality records and document retention.

· Define, monitor and report quality KPIs, trends, risks, defect rates, rework, scrap, audit findings and CAPA performance to management.

· Promote a strong quality culture through training, coaching, toolbox sessions and consistent application of quality procedures and best practices.

· Use Odoo to manage quality checks, inspections, non-conformities, corrective actions, approvals, traceability, quality records and management reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or a related technical field.

· 8+ years of progressive QA/QC experience, including at least 3 years in a quality-management or senior supervisory role.

· Demonstrated experience leading QA/QC supervisors, inspectors or multidisciplinary quality teams.

· Strong knowledge of inspection and testing methods, Quality Plans, ITPs, NCRs, CAPA, root-cause analysis and quality-performance reporting.

· Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems; Lead Auditor, Six Sigma or another relevant quality certification is strongly preferred.

· Experience in electronics, precision engineering, advanced technology or high-reliability manufacturing is strongly preferred.

· Experience with supplier quality, production quality, audits, calibration control, traceability and technical documentation.

· Hands-on ability to use Odoo for quality, manufacturing, inventory, documentation, approvals and reporting is required; experience with SAP QM is an advantage.

· Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

· UAE manufacturing or project-quality experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

AED 15,000–18,000 per month, all-inclusive, depending on relevant quality-management experience, industry background, professional certification, leadership scope and Odoo proficiency. Benefits include employment visa and annual return air ticket in accordance with company policy.
