Develop Line Balancing solutions . Design and maintain end-to-end test strategies for complex software solutions . Perform root cause analysis and performance optimization . Write high-quality tests ( unit tests and E2E tests ) following best practices . Monitor quality metrics , including MTTR and web application performance . Train , mentor and challenge developers on quality best practices . What we’re looking for Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field Relevant hands-on experience in Process improvement B2/C1 English Level – mandatory. B1/B2 German Level – is a plus.
