Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Quality Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Locations include Bremen, Fuhlsbüttel, Finkenwerder, Donauwörth, and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Understand business processes and technical architecture.
• Develop Line Balancing solutions.
• Design and maintain end-to-end test strategies for complex software solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Write high-quality tests (unit tests and E2E tests) following best practices.
• Monitor quality metrics, including MTTR and web application performance.
• Train, mentor and challenge developers on quality best practices.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
• Relevant hands-on experience in Process improvement
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• B1/B2 German Level – is a plus.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
