As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will help ensure that products manufactured at our site meet quality, regulatory, and market requirements before they reach consumers. Working closely with local and global teams, you will coordinate product changes, support audit readiness, manage quality documentation, and help drive compliance across the product lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex information, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and bringing structure to fast-moving processes. Attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and confidence communicating in English are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure products meet regulatory, quality, and market requirements throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate product and process changes, working with teams across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and global functions.
- Manage regulatory documentation, market requirements, and technical product information to support business continuity.
- Guide stakeholders through the change control process, ensuring risks and impacts are identified and addressed before implementation.
- Support audits, certifications, and new product launches in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to projects that enhance compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a regulated environment such as Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Food, Pharma, FMCG, or Automotive.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple activities simultaneously, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently, drive actions forward, and escalate issues when required.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Professional English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and eagerness to learn and grow in a complex, highly regulated environment.
