Quality Technician

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. If you're passionate about quality assurance, inspections, process improvement, and ensuring exceptional products reach customers, this is an opportunity to play an important role within one of the world's leading trading card manufacturing organizations.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

🔹 Summary
The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting products and auditing manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards, company requirements, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
This role works closely with manufacturing teams to identify defects, monitor product quality, validate processes, and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
🔹 What You'll Do
- Inspect products during production to verify quality standards and customer specifications.
- Review production documentation and job requirements before performing inspections.
- Identify and document defects, discrepancies, and non-conforming products.
- Communicate quality concerns to production personnel and support corrective actions.
- Perform quality audits and process validations throughout production.
- Maintain inspection records, audit reports, and quality documentation.
- Analyze quality data and trends to support process improvements.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and company quality requirements.
- Utilize inspection tools and quality equipment to verify specifications.
- Support compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, and Quality Management System requirements.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Partner with production teams to improve quality and operational performance.
🔹 What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience.
- Printing industry experience is a plus.
- Experience working with quality systems, audits, or inspections.
Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to identify defects and quality issues.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and production systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
