I’m working with a leading global investment manager that’s hiring Quant Developers for its systematic trading business in Hong Kong and Singapore. Sitting at the heart of the investment process, you’ll build alpha algorithms, enhance portfolio construction, and help translate research ideas into live trading outcomes.

This is a high-impact opportunity combining quantitative finance, software engineering, and direct collaboration with investment and research teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop alpha algorithms and portfolio construction processes.
• Turn quantitative research into robust, production-ready trading solutions.
• Analyse complex datasets and validate investment models.
• Improve a large, sophisticated quantitative research and trading platform.
• Resolve live trading challenges under demanding timelines.
• Collaborate with researchers and investment teams across strategies and asset classes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Quant Developer, Quantitative Researcher, or Quantitative Analyst.
• Strong Python, MATLAB, or similar quantitative programming expertise.
• Experience with SQL databases and large, complex datasets.
• A solid understanding of quantitative finance, systematic investing, or portfolio management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to perform accurately in a fast-moving environment.
