  • Design and support execution and trading algorithms used across the trading desks.
  • Work directly alongside traders and analysts to deliver technology solutions that improve trading performance and operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of business-critical systems within a fast-paced front-office environment.
  • Drive the continued evolution of the platform as trading volumes increase and market complexity grows.
  • Contribute to the expansion of a growing engineering team and help shape the future of trading technology within the business.

  • Strong C++ development experience.
  • 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
  • Excellent computer science fundamentals and a passion for solving complex technical problems.
  • A rigorous engineering mindset and strong coding standards.
  • Experience in finance or commodities is welcome but not required.

Why Join?

  • Direct exposure to front-office trading teams.
  • Build and scale business-critical trading systems.
  • Join a lean, high-impact engineering team with significant ownership.
  • Work on challenging problems across algorithmic trading, market connectivity, and distributed systems.
  • Opportunity to shape a growing technology function within a leading hedge fund.
  • Comprehensive relocation support available for international candidates.

We welcome applications from international candidates. Our client offers comprehensive relocation support to Germany to help ensure a smooth transition.
