Quantitative Developer – Python | Dubai

I am hiring a Quantitative Developer for a leading global quantitative investment firm in Dubai.

This is a pure quantitative development role, working independently alongside senior researchers and portfolio managers across multiple global markets.

The role will involve:

• Automating and streamlining large-scale data preparation and cleaning

• Building and supporting new quantitative trading frameworks

• Productionising strategies developed by quantitative researchers

• Expanding and upgrading the team’s research and trading platform

• Improving code quality and development practices across the research team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strictly 2–6 years of relevant experience

• Exceptional Python programming skills—Python is non-negotiable

• Strong experience with NumPy, pandas, or similar Python libraries

• Experience handling large datasets and building research or trading tools

• The ability to take ownership and work independently with senior stakeholders

• Exposure to quantitative finance or machine learning would be advantageous
