Junior Customer Order & LC Management (Temp)

Our client is a reputed European MNC based in Dubai. For their growing operations, they are looking for a Customer Order and LC Management staff. The company offers good working conditions and compensation. The position is a temporary position for about to 1 to 2 years. Company will provide visa and other benefits. The salary range for this position is AED 8,000 to AED 9,000, depending on the candidate's experience.



Responsibilities:

• Complete customer order management from start to finish. This would include input of the customer orders to coordination with Logistics until delivery to invoicing.
• Export documentation and remittance management including complete LC management, legalisation of documents and any other certification requirements
• Close coordination with Logistics and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely delivery and avoid demurrages
• Sales support including liaising with the Sales Department including reporting

Qualifications:

• SAP Knowledge is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end customer order management is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LCs) and export documentation will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience with administrative and front desk duties will be an added advantage.
