The Role
As a Real Estate Broker, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors while helping clients achieve their property goals.
You'll manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and provide expert advice on Dubai's ever-evolving property market.
Working closely with our marketing and support teams, you'll have the tools and platform to grow your personal brand and maximise your earning potential.

What We're Looking For
- Previous real estate experience or previous sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident negotiator with a proactive approach to business development
- Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven
- Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are advantageous)
- Experience using CRM systems and property portals is beneficial
- Candidates already based in Dubai or looking to relocate to the UAE are encouraged to apply
