Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market and new project launches.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• Professional attitude with excellent client relationship skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
