About Us:

Artha Realty is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage helping buyers, sellers, tenants and investors navigate the UAE property market. We are growing our sales team and are looking for driven Property Consultants who want to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through social media, networking, referrals, portals and company-provided leads.
• Build and maintain a personal database of buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Attend property launches, developer events and community networking events.
• Present suitable options, arrange viewings and provide accurate information on pricing, payment plans, rental yields, service charges and community amenities.
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, mortgage advisers, conveyancers and the back-office team to ensure smooth closings.
• Complete all KYC and AML documentation accurately and on time.
• Stay current on Dubai market trends, new launches, pricing movements and regulatory changes.
• Maintain CRM records and update the pipeline daily.
• Meet agreed monthly activity targets (calls, meetings, viewings) and sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support, including handover assistance, leasing and referrals to property management.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills in English.
• Self-motivated & target-driven
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Valid UAE residence visa, or eligibility for sponsorship.
• A valid Driving license and own car is highly preferred.
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin or French.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
