Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial sales and leasing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional property consultations.
Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
Stay informed on Dubai's real estate market, pricing, and new project launches.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales and leasing process.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company goals.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, hospitality, or another client-facing role is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for sales, networking, and building long-term client relationships.
Company visa sponsorship may be considered for high-performing agents based on performance.
As this is a commission-only role, applicants should be financially prepared to support themselves during the initial 3–6 months while building their client base and pipeline.
