We are a thriving real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi looking to expand our Off-Plan and Secondary Market teams.

We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Agents who are passionate about sales and committed to building a successful career in Abu Dhabi's real estate market.

Candidates may apply for either the Off-Plan team or the Secondary Market team, based on their experience and career interests.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Commission-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with professional market advice.
• Negotiate offers and manage property transactions from inquiry to closing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market, communities, and regulations.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.

Requirements

• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate within the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1year of real estate experience.
• Sales experience in any industry is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and the local real estate market is a plus.
• ADREC (Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre) licence/certification is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
