Real Estate Agent (Secondary)

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Female Real Estate Agent (Secondary) to join our growing brokerage team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with a foundation in the UAE market who is ready to accelerate their career in residential or commercial property.

You will work alongside experienced brokers, receive structured mentorship, and have the tools and leads to build your own book of business.

This role suits someone who is hungry, presentable, and understands the importance of client relationships in a competitive, fast-moving market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Generate leads through networking, social media, referrals, and market prospecting.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries from Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Identify motivated sellers and exclusive listing opportunities.
• Attend networking events, developer launches, and community open days.

Client Management & Advisory

• Understand clients’ property goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide informed advice on market conditions, pricing, and neighbourhoods.
• Guide clients from initial viewing through contracts and handover.
• Maintain professional communication and build long-term relationships.

Listings & Property Management

• Source, list, and market residential and/or commercial properties.
• Coordinate photography, floor plans, and property descriptions.
• Conduct professional property viewings.
• Monitor listing performance and recommend pricing or marketing changes.

Transactions & Compliance

• Prepare RERA documentation, including Form A, Form B, and Form F.
• Liaise with developers, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and DLD.
• Ensure listings and transactions comply with RERA, DLD, and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE property regulations.

Reporting & Administration

• Keep CRM records updated with client interactions, viewings, offers, and deal stages.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates.
• Track monthly and quarterly targets including calls, viewings, listings, and GCI.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and property tours.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

• 1–3 years of proven UAE sales experience, ideally in real estate or another high-value B2C/B2B sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Active RERA Broker Card or willingness to obtain one within 30 days (company-sponsored).
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

• Dubai real estate sales or leasing experience.
• Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, CRM platforms, and social media marketing.
• Existing network of buyers, investors, or landlords.
• Knowledge of UAE freehold areas, developer brands, and off-plan market dynamics.
