Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market

Real Estate Masters is looking for motivated Secondary Market Agents to join our growing Dubai team. You will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while building your portfolio and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source properties for sale and rent and maintain accurate, updated listings.
• Build relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Arrange property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through sales and leasing transactions.
• Stay informed about Dubai market trends, pricing, and community developments.
• Maintain client records and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Work towards agreed sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai communities and property transaction procedures.
• A proactive approach to prospecting and generating business.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
