betterhomes Abu Dhabi is expanding its team, and we're looking for motivated individuals and experienced real estate professionals to join us as Real Estate Agents and Senior Real Estate Agents.

We're looking for ambitious, client-focused individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and an interest in the Abu Dhabi property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential property sales and leasing transactions across Abu Dhabi.
• Assist buyers, sellers, landlords and investors with their property requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultations, negotiations and ongoing support.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings and property presentations.
• Manage property listings, enquiries and client portfolios using digital tools and property platforms.
• Guide clients throughout the property transaction process, from initial enquiry to closing.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, off-plan developments and market trends.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, transparency and client service.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills are essential.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver a professional client experience.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to conduct frequent property viewings and work across Abu Dhabi communities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning property management platforms.
• Professional, ethical and client-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous real estate experience in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is an advantage.
• Proven experience in residential sales, leasing or off-plan transactions.
• Track record of successful property sales and client portfolio management.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, market trends and investment opportunities.
• Active ADREC Broker licence.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to reliable transportation.
