Real Estate Broker (Salary+Commission)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end property transactions across sales and rentals.
• Generate and convert leads into successful transactions.
• List and market properties across leading real estate portals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Provide clients with accurate market insights and property recommendations.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Ensure all transactions comply with DLD/RERA regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of sales experience in any industry, with a strong interest in building a career in Dubai real estate.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for real estate and a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is an advantage.
• Previous brokerage experience is preferred.
• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
