Team Lead / Supervisor (5-7,000 AED per month) - Dubai based - Arabic Speaking - Hospitality experience

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Team Lead / Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy children’s play and entertainment venue.

The successful candidate should have strong customer service and team leadership skills, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Food & Beverage operations, ideally within a family entertainment centre, restaurant, café, hospitality venue, leisure facility, or similar customer-facing environment.

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining excellent service standards, supervising the team, supporting F&B operations, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the children’s play area and associated F&B facilities.
• Lead, motivate and support front-of-house, play-area and F&B team members.
• Ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Manage daily staff allocation, breaks, shift responsibilities and operational coverage.
• Support the F&B operation, including service standards, food presentation, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and food safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the play area, café and customer areas.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Ensure children’s safety procedures and venue rules are consistently followed.
• Support birthday parties, events, group bookings and other venue activities.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels for F&B and operational supplies and report shortages when required.
• Support cash handling, POS operations and daily sales procedures.
• Assist management with staff training and onboarding.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback where required.
• Ensure company policies, SOPs and service standards are consistently implemented.
• Work closely with management to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and revenue opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage operations experience is essential.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, Shift Leader or similar is preferred.
• Experience within hospitality, restaurants, cafés, family entertainment centres, leisure venues or children’s entertainment environments would be highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident dealing with parents, children and families.
• Good understanding of F&B service standards, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Positive, energetic and hands-on approach.
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings and public holidays depending on operational requirements.

I have a salary from 5,000 - 7,000 AED per month + medical + visa
