REQUIREMENTS

• English — minimum B2 level

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous sales experience is highly preferred

• CRM experience is an advantage

• Client-focused and professional approach

• Confident, proactive and results-oriented personality

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Strong follow-up and time-management skills

• Willingness to learn and develop in the Dubai real estate market

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
