La Forêt Real Estate is expanding, and we're looking for ambitious Real Estate Consultants to join our team. We welcome applications from candidates based in Europe who are willing to relocate to Dubai and build a successful career in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.
• Negotiate offers and close property sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Currently based in Europe and willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Previous sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.
