Real Estate Consultant

Augusta Properties is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage established in 2022. We sell residential property, both off-plan and ready, and hold direct registrations with developers across the emirate. We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our sales team as a full-time salaried employee. The offered package is a fixed monthly salary plus commission on every transaction.

Role Summary

The Property Consultant finds and closes residential sales across off-plan and secondary property. They advise clients on which properties suit their purpose and manage each transaction through to registration with the Dubai Land Department.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships through personal networks, referrals, company enquiries and business development.
• Advise clients on off-plan and ready inventory: pricing, payment plans, handover schedules, rental yields and resale potential.
• Prepare comparative market analyses to support pricing and recommendations.
• Manage transactions from reservation or MOU through to DLD registration or transfer, working with developers, sellers, conveyancers and internal staff.
• Keep client and pipeline records accurate and up to date.
• Ensure all activity complies with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
• Follow market conditions, new launches and regulatory changes across both segments.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the UAE property market, off-plan or secondary.
• A valid RERA broker card (BRN).
• Working knowledge of Dubai Land Department procedures, including Form F, NOCs and transfers, and of RERA regulations.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and client-management skills.
• Professional fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• An existing client network in Dubai is an advantage.

Remuneration

This is a salaried position with a fixed monthly salary plus commission on every transaction you close. Employment visa and medical insurance are provided in line with UAE labour law. We provide the brokerage licence, developer registrations and transaction administration.
