What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage your own client pipeline.
• Convert leads into qualified buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
• Source new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's communities, developments, and market opportunities.
• Work toward clear individual sales targets and KPIs.

Who We Want

We're looking for hungry, ambitious, and commercially minded agents who want to build a serious career in Abu Dhabi real estate.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• 1+ year of real estate experience preferred
• Proven sales and client-management experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and target-driven mindset
• Experience in Off-Plan or Secondary Market is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
• ADREC certification/licence is an advantage
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
• Currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
