Role Description
AQUA Properties is looking for ambitious, commercially driven professionals to join our Secondary Market Sales team in Dubai.
This is an opportunity for both experienced real estate professionals and high-performing sales professionals from other industries who are ready to transfer their commercial skills into Dubai’s dynamic property market.
As a Property Consultant, you will build and manage a portfolio of clients and properties, prospect and qualify new business opportunities, conduct property viewings, and advise buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.
You will develop strong knowledge of your assigned market, prepare and present property proposals, negotiate offers, maintain consistent client follow-up, and work closely with internal teams to successfully progress transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.
The role also involves proactive business development, networking, relationship building, and participation in marketing initiatives to grow your client base and strengthen AQUA Properties’ presence in the market.
Who We’re Looking For
We are interested in candidates who bring strong sales ability, commercial instinct, confidence, and the ambition to perform at a high level.
Previous Dubai real estate experience is highly valued, particularly within the secondary market, but it is not essential for candidates with a proven track record in sales or business development.

- Qualifications
- Proven sales or business development experience, with the ability to prospect, generate leads, negotiate, and close business.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage and build trust with a diverse and international client base.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service capabilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions and commercial advice.
- Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in Dubai or UAE real estate, particularly the secondary market, is an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of Dubai property regulations, communities, and market trends is advantageous for experienced real estate candidates.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.
- A valid UAE driving licence is requested.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
