Receptionist

Freedom Finance Europe Ltd is a regulated European online broker headquartered in Cyprus, providing access to US, European and Asian capital markets and a broad range of investment services and financial products. We are looking for a responsible and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Limassol. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and colleagues, helping keep the reception and office environment organized, welcoming and running smoothly. Responsibilities: Greeting visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner; Answering and forwarding phone calls; Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries; Maintaining visitor logs and providing access to the office; Keeping the reception area clean and organized; Assisting with simple administrative tasks; Performing basic security and maintenance checks; Monitoring the front entrance and the surrounding area; Reporting any security, maintenance or other issues; Assisting in case of emergencies when required; Performing other ad-hoc tasks related to reception and office support. Previous experience in reception, administration or a similar role is a plus; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Fluency in English and Russian, other languages will be a plus; Basic computer skills; Responsible, attentive and well-organized; Professional and friendly attitude; Ability to handle several simple tasks at the same time. Work in a modern office in the center of Limassol with an open-minded and professional team; Visa sponsorship for the employee and their family members; The company covers 50% of the annual cost of the Healthy Plan, which the employee can arrange with any insurance company.
