Receptionist (Tagalog Speaker)

Autorun is the authorized car dealer for OMODA & JAECOO and iCAUR in Dubai, representing innovative and rapidly growing automotive brands in the UAE market.

Job Title: Receptionist

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner, ensuring an excellent first impression of the showroom.

* Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries, directing them promptly to the appropriate department.

* Provide a high standard of customer service, assist with showroom inquiries, and coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

* Manage appointments, visitor records, meeting room bookings, incoming correspondence, packages, and other front-desk activities.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area while providing general administrative and operational support as required.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

* Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Representative, or similar client-facing role is required; automotive or showroom experience is preferred.

* Strong customer service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Energetic, lively, confident, and engaging personality with a polished and professional presentation suitable for a customer-facing showroom environment.

* Excellent command of English is mandatory; additional languages will be an advantage.

* Proficient in MS Office and comfortable handling telephone, email, and WhatsApp communications.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

* Immediate joiners will be highly prioritized.

Work Schedule

* 6 working days per week with 1 day off.

* The weekly day off will be scheduled according to the showroom's operational requirements.
