We are looking for a Recruiting Associate to join the People team as the operational backbone of a fast scaling AI company. You will be a driven, organized generalist who thrives in a bit of chaos, keeps candidates moving through the pipeline, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, all while helping build recruiting infrastructure from scratch.
This role offers a clear growth path: the hiring manager is specifically looking for someone who wants to grow from coordination into full cycle recruiting within a couple of years.
